All watches are individually produced to  our customers' specifications. Warranty coverage for materials and workmanship is for 1 year from date of purchase. Warranty does not cover damage from normal wear and tear, abuse, or water damage. Returns are accepted with prior authorization only, within 14 days of purchase.​All timepiece purchases include free shipping within the United States and North America. Return shipping, except in the case of warranty claims, are the responsibility of the customer.
